Location: Cleveland, OH
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Career Level: 1-3years of experience
Salary: $30,000 + incentives

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide client service support to ensure that all assignments are executed timely and accurately
  • Assist in the daily operations of client projects
  • Effectively execute strategies & problem solve
  • Develop solid business relationships with clients
  • Work in conjunction with internal teams to maximize revenue growth opportunities
  • Assist and facilitate overall communications/potential, “Thank You” gifts.
  • Coordinate CRM process(LOA/Production)

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with clients
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Scarborough Research knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent time-management, organizational and self-motivational skills
  • Excellent composition skills, oral and written
  • Ability to service multiple clients and various assignments at the same time
