Job description

• Develop, sell and manage relationships with local agents and franchisees of existing Fortune 200 clients including Farmers Insurance Company, Allstate Insurance Company, Sears Home Stores and American Family Insurance
• Execute and manage local sponsorship sales in coordination with local high schools
• Maintain daily communication with clients, prospects, schools
• Continual development of prospect lists
• Maintain activity through CRM
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales goals
• Facilitate communication and activities between HTM internal staff, co-op clients, and high school partners
• Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve overall goals and objectives of the company
• Extensive outbound call campaigns to prequalified leads with daily minimum requirements


• College degree preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and written with outstanding listening skills
• Highly self -motivated individual that has desire to excel in sales
• Positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal Skills
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance and on time arrival daily
• Proficient in basic computer skills- experience with Microsoft CRM a plus
• Excellent phone skills
