We work under strict guidelines regarding advertising at high schools as directed by Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3 bylaws. All promotional materials and advertisements are institutional in design and do not promote athletic departments or athletics information. We document the investment costs, and all funds returned to the participating high schools are deposited in the school’s general operating fund.

At one time, NCAA institutions were prohibited from advertising at high school events. HTM recognized the opportunity and petitioned the NCAA to allow Division I, II and III schools to advertise at high school events. The NCAA agreed and the adopted bylaws went into effect August 2005.
