Steve has had a successful, entrepreneurial career. He has founded, restructured and invested in the growth of various businesses – with a keen eye to identifying and realizing true business potential.
Executive Chairman & CEO
His early career in investment banking and institutional sales set the foundation for various roles across an interesting array of categories.
As co-founder of start-up National Healthcare Resources, Steve pioneered systems, procedures and products for the healthcare and casualty insurance industries. His efforts resulted in a majority-interest sale to Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe and then to Concentra Managed Care.
As co-founder of start-up CitationAir, he sold the company to Cessna Aircraft Company (Textron) within 18 months. As President and CEO, he grew the company into an extremely successful challenger brand vs. Berkshire Hathaway owned NetJets.
Next on the agenda, Steve’s journey at Foundation Partners Group, a Sterling Partners company. He was appointed to the Board as Chairman in 2011 and became interim CEO/President in 2012, where he was charged with restructuring operations and hiring an entirely new management team.
Steve, in conjunction with other investors, purchased a majority stake in Home Team Marketing at the end of 2013. His company plans for exponential growth have started with a restructuring of the company, the adding of top-level talent and a pinpointed focus on those products and services most relevant for HTM’s Client base.
